Shipping & Return Policies

The Expectation Process:

* Once you pay for your order, you will receive an Order Processing Email through the email address you provided to us.

* The Processing time starts on a Business Day and takes 3-5 business days for your order to arrive your destination locally.

* Business days exclude Weekends and Holidays.

* Your Order Processing Email will have a tracking number in it, which enables you to know exactly where and when your package will be delivered to you.


Processing Duration:

* 3-5 Business Days for hair and accessories.

* 4-10 Business Days for Wigs and others.

* 14 -16 days for T-shirts, Bags, and Slippers, & Other Accessories

* Tracking number is sent to you via the email address you provided to us, once your package is being processed.


Shipping Duration:

* Products are shipped via USPS Priority mail.

* United States; 1-3 Business Days

*United States..14-16 Business Days for T-shirts, Bags, & Slippers & Other Accessories

* Other Countries; 6-10 Business Days

*Other Countries; 21 Business Days for T-shirts, Bags, Slippers & Other Accessories.


This duration does not include the processing time, if you are buying raw virgin hair.

* Kindly expect delays during holidays, sales periods, or natural disasters in some parts of any region where you may be living.


Shipping Information:

* We do not ship package to a postal or mailing center internationally.

*All Products & Accessories are custom-made and that’s why the processing time is included in the expectation process. Items are hand- produced by our certified and professional vendors. 




* Kindly provide us with a physical address.

* Please track your package via the tracking number provided for you through the email address you gave to us. This is to enable you know the exact day and time your package will arrive to you.

* Processing time is part of our business procedure, because NO HAIR is kept at hand.

* Custom fees and taxes may apply in some countries, as well as inspection of packages.


Returns/ Refunds/ Cancellation:


* We serve our clients with personalized items such as the hair extensions and their accessories, and as such, they cannot be resold after being unwrapped or worn by the buyer, therefore refunds will not be issued.

* If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be a $25.00 flat rate fee deduction.

* Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of original purchase.

* Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items.


Lost/Stolen Packages:

* We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items. You will not receive a refund for lost or stolen packages. Your order will also not be replaced.

* Your package comes with a tracking number, so you can always know where your items are at every point in time, by simply clicking on the tracking number via USPS website.
